Hillside gay campground

Hillside Campgrounds is located near the rolling terrain of northeastern Pennsylvania.

Generally fun and where people can be themselves (as long as they are men).

The dance club could be better, but overall, it's a great place to go hang out for a weekend. They have two cats, several chickens, and two apiaries.

I do not know who I appreciate more… our loyal customers or the amazing staff & friends who went on the journey this year with us operating Embers Café and Splash Poolside.

This will provide the best visual representation of what to expect during your stay.

Hillside Campgrounds features a layout designed for a social camping experience with communal spaces that encourage interaction among guests.

Make new friends at the pool, hike the nature trails, explore our wooded playground, join the crowd at the nightly bonfire, or dance the night away in our disco. Also, driving your golf cart while intoxicated is not permitted.

Golf Carts

• Golf carts must be registered & insured before operation at the campground. We would be happy to have a conversation with you and see if we can work out a schedule that is beneficial and fun for all.

  The following guidelines ensure that all Perms can enjoy their space while respecting their neighbors and the campground.

  The property has decent WiFi and internet connectivity for those needing to stay connected.

  

  Sites must be kept clean and orderly to maintain the campground’s appearance.

Garbage & Recycling

• Dispose of regular household waste only in designated bins.
• Cardboard must be broken down and placed in the dumpsters, not trash cans.
• No large items (furniture, appliances, car batteries, propane tanks, etc.) are in the dumpsters.

  Not following this process could delay your projects and cause unnecessary expenses, for which Hillside is not responsible—email wayne@hillside.camp with questions.

• Construction work on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weekends) is only allowed between 12 PM and 4 PM.
• Sites must be kept clean without excessive decorations, furniture, or debris.
• No trimming or removing trees without prior approval (violations will result in a fine).

Groundskeeping & Maintenance

• Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance: You must keep your site trimmed and well-maintained.
• Site Maintenance: Perms are responsible for keeping their sites neat and clean.

  No exceptions! No other staff member can give consent, approvals, or permissions for your projects. Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit and always be courteous to pedestrians, as they have the right of way. Steph, thank you for your friendship and helping on Thanksgiving. These rules are designed to promote fairness, safety, and the overall beautification of Hillside.

  By following these guidelines, we can preserve the natural beauty of our campground while fostering a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

Selling Your Trailer

• Selling a trailer within the campground requires approval from Wayne only. Late arrivals must arrange payment before the camp office closes.
• Guests can stay overnight only if the Perm who invited them is in camp during their entire stay.
• Seasonal campers cannot sublet or rent their site (Airbnb is prohibited).
• Free guest sites cannot be shared.

Pets

• Dogs must always be leashed, even on your site.
• No excessive barking or aggressive behavior.
• No exotic pets are allowed.
• Proof of rabies and vaccinations might be requested.

Vehicles & Transportation

Having a golf cart at Camp comes with common-sense rules.
