In the early 1990s,

While working at one of the earliest Re/Max offices in the United States, I observed what I would call "quiet homophobia."

A gay couple walked into the ReMax Professionals office in Littleton, CO with the intention of buying a home.

This 25% referral fee is to be calculated from the HUD-1/CD commission total paid to your brokerage before any company splits and/or fees.
